All services provided by SOLEVI Wellness + Aesthetics are elective and wellness-based. Treatments, including IV therapy and neurotoxin injections, are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition and do not replace medical advice from your primary healthcare provider.

You must complete an intake form and good faith medical evaluation prior to receiving services. We reserve the right to decline treatment if you are not a candidate or if it is not in your best interest.

Product Purchases & Retail

All product sales, including skincare, supplements, and wellness products, are final sale unless otherwise stated. Please contact us within 7 days for any product concerns.

SOLEVI Wellness + Aesthetics, including its owner(s), agents, and employees, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

We are not responsible for:

Inaccurate information provided by the client
Adverse outcomes caused by undisclosed medical history or non-compliance
Interruption of website access, data loss, or security breaches not caused by our direct negligence
