At SOLEVI Wellness + Aesthetics, your time is valuable—and so is ours. Please review our cancellation and refund policy prior to booking.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
IV Therapy & Consultations

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 booking fee.
Neurotoxin Appointments (e.g., Daxxify, Jeuveau)

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $100 booking fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged the applicable booking fee noted above. Future appointments may require full prepayment.
Refunds
All services at SOLEVI are non-refundable once rendered. If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 7 days so we can support you appropriately.
